Blood Pressure

Basic
Prehypertension ==> 120/80
Hypertension ==> 140/90 or above
systolic/diastolic ... หัวใจบีบตัว/หัวใจคลายตัว

  1. Reduce salt, less than 2,300 mg per day
  2. Lose weight and excercise, shrink your belly
  3. Calm your mind, meditation, reduce stress
  4. Realign your neck
  5. Listen to classical music
  6. Get your 8 hours sleep
  7. Breathe through one nostril at a time ... 1 min
  8. Do the Savasana, Lie on your back, palm up, foot apart, head slightly tilted to one side, eyes close, working up from toes to head, tense and relax your muscle.
  9. Food ==> Celery, Grape juice, coffee (moderate), only booze at meal less than 2 drinks, Get red (tomato, watermelon)
  10. Potassium (3,500 mg) => (banana), Magnesium => (nuts), Calcium
  11. Potassium fruit, apple, banana, cantaloupe, grapefruit, honeydew melon, prune juice, raisin, watermelon
  12. Potassium veggie, asparagus, beans, broccoli, cabbage (cooked), cauliflower, potatoes
  13. Vitamin C
  14. Take coenzyme Q10, cleans up free radicals in the blood-vessel walls ... 75-100mg per day
